CANT SLEEP !!!

X 6 on melatonin. I also have good luck reading to help me fall asleep. A nightcap also does the trick in addition to the above.
I take a low dose of trazodone and sleep the night thru. If I get up to piss I go right back to sleep. It’s an old drug and cheap (insurance pays for it) but prescribed by dr. If you get the dose right I’m not groggy in the morning. It also doesn’t hurt to smoke a doob!

up 20 hrs, went to bed at 8pm woke & up at 10pm. thought i would sleep all night, Took a benadryl, a melatonin, some cough syrup & 50mg trazodone. IDK it's crazy. Got lab work at the cardiologist tomorrow so i'm fasting.

Yeah it makes me sleepy. usually works. I'd have to skip the doobie, have copd and cough to much, lol. just took a tylenol pm, may try some jack. Lol my fast don't start till midnight.
Just took another 50mg trazodone, maybe I'll be out shortly!!!
