Just took another 50mg trazodone, maybe I'll be out shortly!!!

Argggghhhh !!! I HATE this stuff !
I get on these kicks where I can’t sleep and it sucks big dogs !! Makes me feel like crap !!
Last night - Monday night/ Tuesday morning……I didn’t sleep one damned bit !!

Waiting on ****bag to call you a meth head and YOU get banned.


I can’t sleep because I had five spinal fusions.

Some 19 yo kids think they have all the answers and know it all.

I remember when I had my first beer and first car then my first houseboat then first first wife then first house then first kid then second and third house.

Some members never grow up.


Missing sleep sucks. Pain induced insomnia sucks. Stress induced is ALMOST as bad.

If you don’t get enough exercise that could be a cause.

Some ppl are fat ****s and just live to torment others.

I know YOU are not one of them.

I got sleep by taking 100mg, wasn't really worried about playing doctor & raising my dosage. A guy i work with takes 300mg a day!

Yeah i'm stressed, got a neg on my ekg last week. Now they want lab work and another nuclear stress test. I sure don't get much exercise being a truck driver but i aint fat. Lol

Alcohol is the worst thing to make you sleep. Sure it makes you feel tired and you might go to sleep easily but it’s gonna make you wake in the middle of the night when your body wants more.
