That transmission started shifting rough for a reason.

I did comps for my truck. In the US, I found 8 trucks with the same trim package and similar mileage. The average came out to $10,575. Usaa offered me $7005. I can’t even replace the damn truck for that.

Would it be in my best interest to contact an attorney at this point? Medical is going to be relatively high too due to 2 ER visits and possible physical therapy.
