Carnivore Diet

I do eat fish as well. And chicken. I just try to eat the fattiest piece of them. Like chicken thighs.

I eat mostly white cheeses. I will do pepperonis on occasion or a salami and cheese as a treat.

Hot and spicy pork rinds with taco meat cheese sour cream and tobasco is a go to meal for me when I want Mexican.

I drink water with electrolytes(Keto Chow) and black coffee with salt and iodine.

What salt do you eat/take? Tell me about the iodine? I take 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of pink Himalayan 4 or 5 times a day.

This is the salt I use.

Watch Ken berrys video on iodine. It is essential for the thyroid to thrive.

Salt is not the cause of your high blood pressure. Salt is what southerners have used for centuries. This is their generic bull **** pill pushing non sense.

Salt is not harmful to your body.

Watch Ken berrys videos on YouTube. He is a medical doctor from the university of Tennessee and has been a carnivore advocate for 10 years or more.

One of my brothers went on the carnivore diet 1-2 years ago, and he raves about it (to the point of sanctimonious lectures, which is especially annoying to me, since ive been a diet and excersize buff since forever).
But, he's clearly lost a ton of weight, looks and feels great, even having not adopted any real workout regimen.

I've been a big dude my whole life. Never got into to weight training or training at all, although I know I would excel at it. Just never had the motivation. My goal is to ease into it this winter and hit the ground running around the first of the year.

When people ask about my 50lbs I've lost I get excited (As I'm sure your friend does) But when you tell people the things you eat, they lose interest, and I can usually stop myself. But other big folks I talk to, I don't stop when they lose interest because they need to hear it just like I did.

However, I've fallen off the wagon for a week or so. I quit holding myself accountable and eating little bits of crap. Now I'm back hitting the ground running again. I am determined to hit my goal of 299lbs by the end of next month. That will put me at 55lbs lost since April.

While weight loss is an awesome by product of this diet it was never my main concern. I wanted to feel better, and I absolutely do. No achy joints or lack of energy. I feel like I did in my early 20's again, just less booze.
