Has anyone dis-assembled rounds you've loaded due to poor performance? I've decided that around 300 rounds I have needs to be re-built because they don't perform in my pistol the way I'd like. They're 9mm 115g RN with 4.7grn hodgdon hp 38. That combination seems too weak to cycle the action properly. I've been using 5.2 grns Hodgdon CFE pistol powder and that seems to work quite well.

Yep, just pulled 100 rounds that didn't have enough neck tension to hold the bullets properly. Took out the decapping pin and ran the primed brass through a sizing die, recharged the case, reseated the bullets. Going to shoot them tomorrow.

Sound advice, we have all or most done the same thing..I always check and double check. Just always recheck!
At least it wasn't a 1000 rounds, not that I ever had to break down/pull a 1000 rounds of .45 acp...
I think your missing a decimal point after the first digit.
Do you have another 9mm gun you could try them in? What gun do they fail to cycle in? I had loaded a bunch of 45 years ago that would not cycle in my XD-45 and I just threw them in a bag marked em light loads and found out later they would cycle fine in my 1911 and G21!
