Cast iron gate repositioning

Someone, at some point, decided to knock one of our very heavy iron gates off of the swivel. We tried with a Hi-lift to move it, but it looked like we were running into two problems: the lift was sinking into the ground, and we were probably starting to max out the weight.

Anyone have experience and equipment to help with this. Located in Athens/Bogart area. Thanks.

Wood blocks and long levers. Like 2 16’ 2x6s. Little by little. be careful to not let it fall on you.That top hinge could fail or pull out.

floor jack right underneath the pivot with somebody stabilizing the other end. Or a 2x with blocks, like he said... ^ Depends on how much help you got i guess.
