There should be mandatory seizure and forfeiture of any vehicle, firearm and any other personal property being in their possession while trespassing and be given a restraining order from ever entering the property again. When these POS start losing their trucks, ATVs, guns, motorcycles it will stop a lot of this BS and if they are kids, tough sh&t their parents should have raised them better.
All i know is we finally caught the drunken idiots cutting fire wood off my Mother's land and off some her neighbor's land back during the last couple weeks of Deer season. Her neighbors happen to be GBI/BC Sheriffs Office (3000 acre lease surrounds her property) ; I'm sure they had something to do with the swift justice. They were booked and barred in an hour and a half Flat after my daughter snapped a pic of their tag , i tried to get'em to stop so i could talk to'em cause i hate to call the law on anybody. I don't know the charges? But i Do Know they spent at least 1 night in jail=True Story. Bottom line for me is Stay the H*** Off Land that don't belong to you. I have had to run several off on several occasions just this season (I mean....3 of these jokers were hunting out of our big tree house of a stand????) .
I wouldn't have told but one time....next time they'd find out that I meant what I said that one time...you know what I mean....I'm glad it was you that caught them and not me....I'm running out of hiding spots
One thing that amazes me about trespassers is how brain dead some are.
I remember blazing away with some 30 carbine out back one day when two retards came riding 4 wheelers smack through the firing lanes. It's not a cannon, but certainly nothing I'd volunteer to get hit by at 75 yards or so.
Damn good thing I saw 'em soon enough-at the time, I didn't have a great backstop at the time-hell..... It was at least a mile of unoccupied (or should have been) woods back there at the time.
I'd be worried about zooming all through the woods in places I wasn't familiar with on 4 wheelers or whatever-but I guess the people who actually do that don't have enough brain cells left to care.

I'm thinking of one particular meth head asshole who has stolen small stuff continuously for at least a decade. SOB just steals and steals, and the cops have caught his sorry ass dozens of times-but since it's always under the felony amount, nothing ever happens.
