I watch Judge Judy and knew better to specify EVERYTHING in a work contract! When I say "replace ALL the facial board, I think it's pretty self explanatory; however, the contractor thinks it means "replace all the facial where gutters are going". IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN!!!
