I have got Mac-N-Cheese scratch coming up for @palmettomoon to drool over and two pork butts. Gonna prep, season and inject the butts tonight and have the Egg cleaned and loaded with lump with the hickory soaking now..Tomorrow about 05:00 while the Bride is asleep I'll light the lump and bring up to temp...I want to level egg to around 250-275 degrees...Time will tell it's gonna be a long day tomorrow.
I will have to try that with a ribeye
Now I'm hungry.
