I’ve got some bad rivets on my 74. Can anybody give me some advice on who-what-when-where on getting them repaired/replaced? I don’t know too much about AKs in general and not sure where to start. Thanks

Not surprised at all. When I see crappy rivets the first thing I think is "what else is wrong".I suspect OP’s rifle was assembled by a Century Arms sub-contractor for that particular batch of kit-built AK74 rifles.
Century’s M70AB2T (the slab side variant) seemed to be the worst CAI batch with loosening trunnion rivets, but has occurred on their other models as well, like the OP’s AK74. My m70ab2T rifle’s front rivets began to loosen and shift just like in OP’s photo’s, causing my front-end to wobble.
GinsBoy2003, a local guy, repaired a few where he discovered that CAI’s sub-contractor skipped a couple of building steps and simply “bucked” the front rivets against the barrel, they weren’t crushed.
