I have an M4 and an acog that I would like to Cerekote in ATACS FG. Can a ACOG safely have Cerekote applied? Does anyone know a somewhat local gunsmith or shop that does a good job? I appreciate the help.

Cerekote is heated in an oven to cure, that might melt the FO tube on top...
Talk with the awesome guys at Dobbs Defense, they will let you know what can or cant be done.
Then go to them when you need something cerekoted, They are amazing!

They also have air cure, if your applicator has the right skills it should be no problem.
+1 for Dobbs....and they have done air cure before it just takes forever
