I have an SBR stamp with the barrel length (e.) and overall length (f.) identified on the application. I want to swap barrels of different lengths onto the lower, can I legally? Basically am I stuck with the barrel length as approved?
    Thanks

You paid for the stamp to be legal under 16”. The stamp is attached to the only part that has a serial numer, the receiver, or lower. If you had 26 AR uppers of various barrel lengths and calibers and only owned 1 AR lower would you have to purchase a separate $200 tax stamp for each barrel?

    No.

From my understanding, you can put what ever length on it you want! It's best to keep the upper that you register it with, for when you sell. Then again, if you do sell I think you can notify of the adjustment.

the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Infringe upon or f*cked with. All these laws and regulations are in fact unconstitutional. That won’t stop them from putting you in jail.

Remember, when there is no law to protect you, there will be no law to punish you. Be prepared to protect yourself and your family from those who would do you harm.

I was told by a trusted FFL you can change the barrel length but keep the original. This way you can change it back to as filed. I have multiple length uppers for my lowers. But. I have dedicated uppers for them .
