I'm so sorry you are going through this. I understand your pain just a little bit. My soon the be ex is crazy but hasn't hit this level yet. My one of many suggestions is document everything no matter how big or small you may think it is. Do every communication you can in text or email. Save said emails and text in multiple ways. Google docs screen s shot save to phone pics and email self. I wish I could help with house. I bought a camper until this wreak is over. Pm me and I'll help you all I can brother.
