Cheddar bacon crackers

My lovely wife made up a batch of these and WOW are they delicious!! Savory bacon and cheddar with a hint of cayenne!!

They are more similar to a sort of soft cookie than a crunchy cracker. I guess if you made them out really thin they would be more like a cracker, but I like them this way. My wife uses a meat mallet instead of a fork to make the impressions in the top. She just lightly presses the mallet into the dough after she makes them out.
