I like chicken and dumplings a lot. Duhh right? But when I make it I always make way more dumplings than my pot will hold. It's kinda like when I make baked ziti. Last time it cost me about $60.00 in different cheeses and sauce,meat etc. I wound up cooking 5 pans all together. But hey whateryougonnado? When I cook Guinea food I go all out.

I cheat, I don't use my Grandmother's recipe, I use tortilla's cut into strips. Anyone else want to 'fess up'.
