Who likes them? I just had some for lunch. I've always loved them. Fried or boiled are good with me. Last year I decided to try cooking them in the Instapot. Man were they good. Extremely tender.

Love livers and hearts but never cared much for gizzards.
My son will eat them....I do not!!
Man, gizzards and Rice is a true comfort food! Damn, now I am hungry!
And hearts!
