I am looking for a good quality emergency radio but running into too many choices so I am asking for advice. I want it to be Hand cranked have the S.A.M.E. feature AM/FM and be water/weather resistant. Preferred but not required options are solar panel, USB connection, able to use and recharge aa or aaa batteries and clock.
Other options I welcome but don’t worry about are lights, TV (some have TV reception), shortwave and price.
