Christmas dinner is gonna be different

Son won't be home for Christmas so I am cooking on Sunday with two additional guest. This is what is on the Menu
Rib eye and Filet
Colossal Shrimp with homemade Cocktail sauce
Sweet Potato with brown sugar, cinnamon and honey butter
Squash Casserole
Smoked trout Dip made from scratch
Rice cheese and broccoli
Texas Toast topped with graded cheese and garlic
Pineapple upside down cake.
