So according to the new rule, effective today these are SBRs and illegal to transfer w/o NFA paperwork.

Stay away if you're smart. At the very least you will lose whatever you pay them.

The first few pages say enforcement can be immediate for new manufactured and new transfers.... so it reads real ugly. If the pistol with a brace is deemed a sbr not a pistol.....well....
