Posting for a friend of mine who has been hunting/ managing Macland hunting club in Taliaferro county for past 40 years. They have 3 spots open for 2017/18 season.

1100 acre club with 20 members,
$600 per year,
8pt or better for buck,
4 does for freezer,

update on 7/25/17: Memberships have been filled for 2017/18 season. Danny is looking to add 500+ acres to the club and if that happens few more spots may become available.

That might work. I made the mistake of telling my wife that some people hunt deer with a spear and I was thinking about trying it. From that day on, she has given me crap about taking my spear and loin cloth every time I'm getting ready for a hunt.
