slow mo shows you seeing the caution lights, ignoring them and maintaining speed and the red lights and sign at 23.5-24 before you passed.

At the 24 second mark is where the sign pops out.

I don't think you could properly stop with out potentially causing a rear end collision with someone behind you.

However, it looks like you maintained speed all the way through even after seeing a possible stopping situation in front of you potentially involving children.

You are absolutely correct sir, as I topped the hill I say the "flashing yellows" so I Slowed from 30 to 25 MPH and maintained it, as I saw no children near the bus or approaching the roadway. The closest Pedestrians are stationary on the other side of the road and down the street to the right.

A STOPPED school bus with Flashing Lights (regardless of color) means kids are entering or exiting the bus and you supposed to stop.

I would have stopped and it looks like you had time to do so in the vid. Kids aren't always paying the best of attention, if it's a rear end collision that is the worry well the guy behind shouldn't be so close.
