She has her "Yellows" on for an extended period of time
No traffic in front of me... not a kid within 100' of the roadway...
RIGHT as I get to the front of her Bus, she flips the sign out.

(Haze on windshield is condensation, roads are dry)

At the 24 second mark is where the sign pops out.

I don't think you could properly stop with out potentially causing a rear end collision with someone behind you.

However, it looks like you maintained speed all the way through even after seeing a possible stopping situation in front of you potentially involving children.

Yup....should have slowed at stopped for the yellow.
 
Several times here in Cobb County, I have seen where the bus will turn on the yellow flashers and leave them on for extended periods like that and come to a full stop if there are a couple cars approaching in the other lane. Then once the one or two cars pass, they turn on the red lights.
