No. I'm just a loser reservist.
The intent of this thread is not to bash anything.
Just to encourage shooters to test their guns (especially those intended for self defense use) to make sure they work properly in colder weather.
Frog lube is good if done correctly,is like a high maintenance woman, it always needs care and attention if it works for you great if it doesn't, move to what does..if your a volume shooter than stay with what works!
I bought a bottle of FP10 nearly 12 years ago still going and have 1/4 bottle left.
10w-30 hasn't let me down yet!

Had more issues in class this morning.
Temps. were in the high 30's/ low 40's, high humidity w/ a bit of wind.
Lube was a small part of the problem but biggest problem was operator error.
Suppose in this title I should have included knowing ones ability to perform in less than favorable conditions as a further "function check".

That time of year to bump this thread, Cold Weather Function Check!
Little bit o' Breakfree CLP or Slip 2000 EWL on the few critical points & my "Old Fashioned" S&W Wheelguns will "Run" just about FOREVER...
