College basketball rule changes?

OK, I watched the first game so far this year last night (LSU vs Houston) and I had no idea what was going on with all the rule changes. Anyone know the Reader's Digest version? It certainly is not the same game....

Unrelated, it was interesting watching the "#1 recruit in the nation" Ben Simmons play. For a big man he moves amazingly well but at least in that game, I saw zero aggressiveness. But apparently he's a one in done with NBA dying to get him.
Keith Hornsby, son of Bruce Hornsby (yes that Bruce Hornsby) played for the first time this season after surgery. Career high with 32 points including a 3 pointer at the buzzer to force OT. (Unfortunately LSU faded and eventually lost).

The only rule change I heard of is that you must be able to fog a mirror and your IQ must be at least room temperature to be admitted as a student athlete.
