When the mystery "not so fast' reveals himself, hopefully we'll find out.

OK, it's been a week and I sent an email with no response. If "not so fast" doesn't come forward after this post we have a problem.
There are two options.
1). I pick a charity and we send the money there. (Honor system).
2). We move everyone up one and Lionheart 'wins'.
