Does anyone know of a company or person that anodizes barrels and/or other gun parts? Is that possible? I want metallic finishes so cerakote won’t work. Thoughts?

Anodizing truly only works for aluminum.
Cerakote does have new metallic finishes. From what I've seen, pretty slick looking if that's your thing.

I like a beadblast finish. Is it protected with a clearcoat or something to prevent it from shining up every time it touches something hard?
That gun is not clearcoated, and over time it will have a more worn in patina. If you want to keep the beadblast finish, you either don't carry it, or clear coat over it.
