Colt Officer 1911 grip experts needed

What are these grips from? What color is the Colt medallion supposed to be?

Also, what kind of material are these grips made of? Ivory? Bone?

Where is a good and credible place to get the medallions?

Another site I posted this question on said:

1- They were made by Nutmeg Sports, LLC, who made a lot of the custom grips for Colt. Said they looked like highly polish South African giraffe bone. https://www.nutmegsports.com/

2- Another person said they look like ivory soaked in tea. Never heard of this before, any of you?
