I have had great customer service from Leupold, Vortex, and Malkoff industries. If you are not familiar with Malkoff they make great drop in LED replacements for flashlights and weapon lights. I've also had good experiences with Nightforce. Last but not least Dobbs Defense always does a great job of taking care of their customers!

I just had an awesome experience with bad lands. I bought a clearance priced pack from cabelas that was missing pieces, after a couple emails back and forth they sent the missing pieces for free.
I've carried the same malkiff light for three years and it still works like new, even after running it over with a tractor and the wife washing it several times and dropping it off 8-12' ladders at work.

I will second Vortex. Had to use their warranty last year on a 2-7 Dback scope I dropped. Had a new one in hand in less than a week.
