OK, I can try. McAfee is what bellsouth gives me and I don't know very much about how all this works.If you are using MS Edge for a browser, that is problem no. 1.
Download Chrome or Firefox for a browser. Can get popup blocker extension for Chrome.
McAfee sucks.
There are free antivirus programs that are as good or better.

I will give it a try. thxDownload CCleaner, it is free.
Run it, it will clear all your browser caches where that stuff hides.
Then click on the Registry button, it will run and find issues with the registry, click on fix all, don't backup the changes when it prompts.
Should be good to go.
