Considering a new full size 9mm

Not in any specific order. Contemplating between the following 4 pistols.

-M&P Pro 9mm
-FNS 9

-CZ P07
-FNX 9

M&P and FNX are both very good, although the FNX is going to be quite a bit pricier. I own one of each. I want an FNS, but as yet I have not gotten one. No experienced with the CZ, but I don't think you can go wrong with any of these.

Isn't the new full size CZ the P09? I have heard that the P07 is equivalent in size to a Glock 19 (technically a 'compact').

I think the FNS 9 is the most underrated striker fired gun on the market. It's one of my favorites, and I'll probably pick up the FNS9-Compact before too long. It has my vote.

even if you have one, get another

If you start with the cz 75 sp01 you will be spoiled by anything else out there. Nothing will even measure up when it comes to ergos, recoil and looks (trigger is meh at first till you get 500 ish rounds through it, then it starts to loosen up)

If cz isn't your thing, the m&p pro is a distant second

I own M&P and have shot the rest, all four of those are solid choices. The M&P Pro stands out with the slightly longer barrel. Do you prefer a striker or hammer?
