Looking for a field manager for trim work in the multi-family industry. We provide and install doors, door hardware, bath hardware, Hollow metal doors and hardware along with standard basic trim.
I need a few field managers for projects in the southeast, mostly in GA,TN, NC,SC,AL and FL. For 2017-2018 we'll be in GA,TN and FL. 2019 will take us back into NC and SC
Management Experience in the multi-family industry is a major plus, but not required. Management skills are required.

1. Don't be a tool
2. Show up on time
3. Actually do the tasks required.
4. Look like you're employed
5. Keep your eyes on the crews not your phone
6. Report to the PM (answer your phone)
7. Pass a drug test
8. Have a dependable ride. A truck could get you up to $500.00 a month for minimal use picking up odds and ends.
9. Be willing to learn, your cup can't be full already
10. Be fit enough to climb stairs. Some projects are 20 floors with no working elevators
11. No crazy woman calling the office
12. Stay sober during the day
13. Want a better position in the company
14. Have pride in your work
It's an easy job if you stay in front of the crews, but if you're reactive it'll eat your lunch. Bonuses are given for each project and require everyone from the estimator to the field manager to do the best job possible to make the profit share the best it can be. A lazy link in that chain will not be tolerated by the rest of the company and can not be ignored by management. We live as a team and die as a team, week links are removed quickly.
Out of state field managers will be home every weekend if they desire. Some guys like staying on the beach or Mountains.
