the combination of aluminum salts and silver suppose the make up of the chemicals used to "chart weather patterns"..conforming dissections at 90 deg to pin a coordinate to allow HARRP waves to be dispersed to read the ionosphere..during hi profile weather patterns and as a part of cloud seeding programs developed in early part of the 1950s to aid in rain cloud formation over the desert ..when someone figured out that the ELF waves bouncing of the contrails could be used to heat up the ionosphere to affect weather and possibly ground penatration causing disruptions in earths crust forming earthquakes and sometimes allowing large storm formation and or destroying storms as weaponized weather. or the sky net grid that is used to hold us all hostage ...maybe

yes that is the supposed usage..if you go back in time and look at the satellite for hurricane "sandy " up the coast the con line are ajasent and parallel to the storm forcing the storm up and inward to land the line ran north to northeast and south all the way to Florida
