Couldn’t find too much info out there on this and also curious if there’s a local smith who can do this. I have a lee wfn 325gc mold I don’t really have a use for as I am getting an rcbs 400gr swc soon. Playing with the idea of having a smith cut the mold to remove the gas check and/or converting it to a hollow point. Any input is appreciated, it’s for a 480 Ruger, know I could just roll hornady 325gr xtp buuut if the cost isn’t prohibitive, would like to use the mold instead of letting it just sit.
