Corned beef and cabbage

My little 18 month grand baby loves her some corned beef brisket.

Just got finished with a big plate of my Irish bride’s corned beef, cabbage, potatoes and carrots. Not only did she cook this in the slow cooker today, she helped me put up 100 feet of field and barbed wire fencing. She’s a great lass she is.

I broke tradition .. Please don't call me a trader we had fried catfish scrambled eggs and cheese grits with gravy.

Gonna throw the corned beef, red skin taters, carrots and onion in the crock pot in the morning.
Going to bake a Dillard House cabbage casserole to go with it.

Done, and done. Great meal, got leftovers for tomorrow.
