The VA provides me with both an oxygen concentrator and tanks for traveling. The tanks come in handy but I use a cannula with them not a mask. I use a full face mask for the C-Pap that is fed by a hose from the consentrator at night. Civilians must have a prescription to get O2.

Never have seen entire ship loads of people quarantined because of the flu or countries evacuating people and quarantined because of flu. I have never heard of a complete hospital built with bars on the windows built in TWO weeks because of any strain of flu. I could go on.
One thing for sho, it ain't the flu.
