It's basically a Shepherd's Pie, but using beef instead of lamb.

I make it easier by using a bag of frozen mixed veggies, and prepared mashed taters from the refrigerated section. Also substitute gravy for the broth. Plus I throw in some sliced mushrooms and a little garlic. Easy to tinker with and make it your own!

Really great simple to make meal, can't beat it. If you're feeling non traditional you can always put some cheese on top and pop under the broiler for a minute to finish it off.

Aarrrggghhhh, Sacrilege!! (coulda just bought a Mrs. Callender's pie and saved yourself the trouble of having to use scissors or a can opener, lol). Does look good though, but the corn would have to go .
