Could you ? .. Hitting a milk jug at 1000+ yards .

I hit a solo cup at 600 yards with .270 with a vx2 3-9 scope back when I was 20. It only took 4 rounds to walk it in. I'm sure given enough rounds just about any experienced shooter can walk a box of ammo into a milk jug at 1000 yards.

I've never had opportunity to shoot that far. I have shot watermelons @ 600 yards with success. It would be fun to try!

Sure but that depends on how many shots i get and what platform I have to use . I’d just use shock and awe . I’d throw so much lead down range that mathematically I’m bound to hit it eventually . If it’s with a scoped rifle then no way. I suck at long range shooting
