· Alwaysrepresent the Company in a professional, helpful and friendly manner
· Assistcustomers with product inquiries and sales
· Meetweekly sales & productivity objectives
· Selladditional products through suggestive selling
· Pitchmonthly sales promotions
· Captureall necessary information to support or direct mail efforts
· Assistin inventory control and prevent shrinkage
· Maintainstore cleanliness and order
· Advisewhen stock is in low supply
· Learnproduct line
· Attendproduct training sessions
· Projectprofessional image and enthusiastic floor presence
· Cooperatewith management and coworkers
· Followcompany policies and procedures
· Maintainexcellent attendance and punctuality
· Communicateaccurate information
· Striveto increase personal productivity
· Respondimmediately to customer requests / messages
· Provideflexibility on shift hours, lunch schedule and overtime requests
· Performother duties as assigned
MinimumQualifications:

· Consumersales experience in a retail environment
· AutomotiveExperience preferred but not required
· Knowledgeof 4-Wheel/Off Road Product is a must
· Type45 wpm
