Love them fried. I don't quess I have tried them any other way, except home made liver pate.

MMMM Good. I love the hearts and gizzards. Lightly bread them and deep fry, then coat them in wing sauce!

If you are ever in the right place and get a chance, fried mullet gizzards are pretty good too. Not many have heard of them but they are worth trying out.

a florida duck hunter told me once that Coot gizzards were really good. Dont know myself but gizzards gotta be tender wherever they come from

All my years eating mullet as a kid, never heard of gizzards before. Did eat a ton of fried roe.
