- 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
Add all the ingredients except the corn starch, water, and sesame seeds in a crockpot and cook on low for about 4 hours, or until tender. Take chicken out of crock pot and chop up. Mix corn starch and water together, stir into liquid in crock pot. Cook for another 15 minutes, serve and add sesame seeds.
