As I sit here on ODT, I keep getting a notice from my internet company‘s security protection program saying:

“gon.com was blocked” what does that mean?

Were you trying to get to gon.com when it was blocked, or are you just getting a message randomly? If your ISP antivirus is blocking them, it could mean that it detected a threat on their site. Could be something as simple as adware being blocked from their site or actual malicious code detected in which I'd stop visiting their site until they fix it.

Perhaps GON is using some sort of tracking software to see what else you are looking at. Run CCCleaner and remove some cookies?
Or you ISP does not like something on that website.

What’s really odd is I’ve never logged onto that site. The times of the notices seem to correspond to my posting something on here

Just a wild guess, but one of the photo/image/meme you posted was linked to the GON site.
Delete each of your last 20 memes one by one to determine if it is the issue
