Interesting how many people have made it this far. Having the benefit of watching prior seasons has helped, I think. Kind of like when no one could run a four minute mile and then once it happened, several more people did it in short order.

Yeah - knowing edible plants is a good skill to have! The sheetrocker who got cold and dropped out could have made it if he had built a shelter as nice as the women did!

It was definitely the season of the hippie. I was annoyed at first but they kind of grew on me... like moss.
I definitely would NOT have picked the winner this go around. The idiot with the huge cache of fish was hating life.

I enjoyed the season, it was a bit more hippy than the others. As far as I can see the only way they can move on to the next season, is to have a Alone celebrity season. Bear Gryls vs Ray Mears, maybe the survival man, that guy who builds huts an stuff in the jungle etc.

I wish they'd pick some different environ. Wouldn't mind seeing some southern woods/swamps or even arid west. They've done the cold coastal thing to death.
