Custom Ear Plugs

I use a couple pairs of the Radiants, they work fine for the price. much better seal than foam plugs. note, they are like a hard rubber once cured. there's another brand that's a little softer but isn't a do-it-yourself as their reps do it, but it also costs like 50-100 a pair. I use the Radiants as big ear muffs interfere w/my cheek weld.

I've done the Radiants. One pair as a full ear plug.
The other set I formed while wearing iPod earbuds. The Radiant formed around the bud, and made it pretty good. Not totally "noise cancelling", but very very good for mowing the lawn or riding on a plane. It helps keep the bud in the ear as well.

While shooting a pistol I prefer over the ear muffs. The Radiants are better than foam, but I've had better custom made plugs when I shot competitively.

I also left mine to "cure" in my ear for way longer than the instructions recommended. They've never fallen out.

I use a old broken set of ear phones, they work great and I found a use for them other than throwing them away
