CZ 527 Carbine

Anyone that has one, how do you like them? I’ve always liked the look of them but never perused one because of the price. Recently I’ve become more interested in 7.62x39 for a deer rifle, where I hunt shots are rarely over 100 yards. I was on grab a gun today and noticed a CZ527 Rustic Carbine for $435 and I jumped on it. Good deal or no?

Great deal on a excellent rifle I love my CZ'S 7.62 is a very good round and you wont go broke shooting it . Better buy that ASAP.

Wolf HP steel case will put a deer down fine. Been using that for years with no issues.

I just picked mine up this week, I got a Great Deal on it. There is a Thread on this rifle, some of the guys here on this site schooled me on the Rifle. Mine, came with the Scope Rings and other accessories. I bought a Vortex Diamondback Scope for my rifle. I even traded for some Lapua 7.62x39 ammo for this rifle. I know it shoots all crappy 7.62x39. But, I want to test good ammo with the Rifle also by the way your Price was Outstanding. I paid $650 for mine. Good Luck.

I ordered a box of hornady 123 grain sst that’s steel case. Read where a lot of people had good success with them, gonna try fusions also. I think I’m gonna roll with irons for a while just to see!

Did you rifle come with a Sling?

Not sure if you're looking for a sling for your 527 carbine. My favorite sling is the A-1 from Murray Custom Leather. They're not cheap but they're excellent and I can easily swap the sling between rifles.
