I had a 97bd that had problems with wide hollow points. They paid shipping, took it in and fluffed and buffed the feed ramp. Still had problems a few months later and I sent it back again. This time took forever as they were waiting for a new Barrel designed to come from the factory. It finally came in but they just sent me a brand new gun, "so all the serial numbers would match" first production run of their new design and its ran flawlessly ever since. They weren't originally designed for hollow points apparently..Stupid NATO, etc does not use hps, I know..
Thats the only issue I've ever had with one of their firearms, and they took care of it like champion.
