the E.U has gotten too big for it's britches and now is try so hard to control the member states finances,military and laws that they are losing favor in the minds of the people.

the russians are on the curb promising a better union to the battered/abused states giving the states more control of themselves and backing the promise with a powerful international bank to pay for their way out of the E.U
