Seems fair. I work hard for my money and stay out of trouble so l can pay for a violent offender to walk around on my dime. I mean why not. If they would make jail "inhumane" l bet people wouldn't want to be criminals either. They're no risks in America to being a criminal. It's getting to be beneficial.
