He liked to bake his popcorn in oven after popping it.
This was the old days when corn popped in a skillet
but I find it works fine w/microwave corn as well.
While oven heats to 200 degrees spread popped corn
out on a cookie sheet. Pour desired quantity of melted
butter over the popcorn then (optional) sprinkle some
Parmesan cheese over the buttered corn. Bake in oven
2 hours. In a hurry an hour at 225 degrees works ok.
Fairly easy preparation just have to remember start it
ahead of time so ready when your movie starts. Disappears
pretty quick so if spouse, kids, or dog wants some too might
need to make two trays, same bake time but twice as much
munchin'. Might be comparable to having dry roasted peanuts
instead of straight from the shell. Enjoy.
