Daily Dinner thread?

I was making a Prime Rib last night and, long story short, drank myself into oblivion. Somehow told my wife when to pull it out of the oven. She doesn't cook so she threw it in the fridge overnight.

I woke up this morning and cut it open. Either I'm a cooking genius or even a guy that's blasted off his ass can make a Prime Rib. Either way...here's the pics.

I use the oven to reheat set it on 175-200 I do butts all the time I put in freezer, can’t tell difference.im thinking you need it a lot quicker with the pan.looks mighty good.
I might try the oven method with the rest. This way was quick and I was hungry but the eye was a little tough unless I cut it real thin. Not sure if that was bc this specific piece of meat or the reheating method. The cap was good.

I would wrap in foil keep it from drying
