Daily Dinner thread?

Ribeye rare with hard sear on it, 3 eggs over medium, panela cheese, cooked Vidalia onion, and keto garlic bread. Damn I love keto, eat like this and still loosing weight

I hate that this is a thing now everywhere. In the lowcountry we just call it boat trash. And shrimp and grits, too. I guess I just miss the time when there was such a thing as regional cuisine.
Almost everyone that visits us down here, their first request is a low-country boil. Which is OK occasionally if done right. Then shrimp and grits.
My wife being a lifelong Atlanta resident, trapped me into a short cruise on a working boat converted to educational vessel shortly after we moved down. They dragged the creek, had a good naturalist giving a show and tell on everything they netted.
Then dinner onboard, the requisite low country boil. Only problem, the pot was full and boiling when we left the dock, so when we ate 1 hour later, everything was soft as mush. Don’t know how anybody ate it.
